ശാസ്ത്രത്തിന്‍റെ നിരാകരണം (The Negation of Science) Reloaded – Ravichandran .C

This is a presentation made by the noted Malayalam authour Ravichandran C (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C._Ravichandran) at Grameena Vayanashala hall Kanayannur Chottanikkara, Ernakulam, Kerala on 04/06/2017.

This is the reloaded version of the previous presentation with the same title by him at Bangalore on 19.3.17. Through this presentation Ravichandran C attempts to explain how Kerala society negated the positive values and functional criteria science stands for and embraced illusory equations of pseudo science, quackery, religious fanaticism. Science is the best way to do any thing in this world, whether it is art, sex or war. It is not a thing that produced in laboratories. It is a way of thinking and processing data based on evidence and logic. Scientific temper and scientific knowledge are two different thing. Any one can improve scientific knowledge by collecting more facts and figures. One needs not be a scientist to be scientific and being a scientist does not guarantees that one is scientific, says Ravichandran.
